What is Trampo Oman?
Trampo Oman is an indoor family entertainment centre in Muscat with trampolines, inflatable parks, soft play, creative studios, and more - across two venues.
What age groups is Trampo suitable for?
We cater to all ages - from toddlers (soft play area) to teens and adults (trampolines, Battle Beam, inflatables). Each activity has its own age and height requirements displayed on site.
What should we wear?
Comfortable, sporty clothing is best. Trampo grip socks are required on trampolines and are available for purchase at the venue. No jewellery, belts, or items that could catch on equipment.
Is there food and drinks available?
Yes - both venues have a café serving snacks, drinks, and light meals. Outside food is not permitted inside the play areas.
How do I book tickets?
Book online through our website to see the latest sessions and availability. You can also buy tickets at the venue, but online booking guarantees your slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes - you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your session. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest help.
Do parents need to buy a ticket?
Parents who are supervising (not participating in activities) can enter the venue for free. A ticket is only needed if you want to jump or use the activities.
Where are Trampo Oman venues located?
We have two venues in Muscat: Ghala Heights (standalone building) and Al Araimi Boulevard. Both are easily accessible with parking.
What are the opening hours?
Ghala Heights: Sun–Wed 1–10 PM, Thu 1–11 PM, Fri 10 AM–11 PM, Sat 10 AM–10 PM. Al Araimi Boulevard: Sat–Wed 10 AM–10 PM, Thu–Fri 10 AM–11 PM.
What's the difference between the two venues?
Ghala Heights is a larger standalone venue with a full trampoline area and Battle Beam. Al Araimi Boulevard has Oman's largest inflatable park plus The Paint Corner creative studio. Both have trampolines, soft play, and toddler-friendly zones.
How do you ensure safety?
All guests receive a safety briefing. Trained marshals supervise every activity zone. Equipment is inspected daily and meets international safety standards. First aid is available on site.
Are there rules for the trampolines?
Yes - one person per trampoline, no double bouncing, no flips without staff approval, grip socks required. Full rules are explained during the safety briefing.
How do I book a birthday party?
Send us a WhatsApp message with the child's age, number of guests, and preferred date. We'll suggest a package and coordinate everything - decorations, food, activities, and a dedicated party host.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes - you're welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We also offer cake options as part of our party packages if you prefer.
Do you offer school trip bookings?
Yes - we host school field trips, end-of-year events, and group visits regularly. Special group rates apply for 15+ guests. Teachers and chaperones enter free.
